I am currently working on an open letter to Georgia State Representative Bobby Franklin (R-Marietta) in response to his recently proposed legislation. If passed these bills will criminalize miscarriages, cut federal funding for abortions involving rape or incest, and will allow (even encourage) parishioners to carry guns inside houses of worship.
